Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Talbie, the AI voice receptionist service for restaurants, and the talbie.ai website.

The service

Talbie answers calls on behalf of the restaurant, takes orders in English and Spanish, sends payment links and sends orders to the kitchen. The restaurant is responsible for keeping its menu, prices and hours up to date.

Plans and payments

Basic: $199 per month. Complete: $349 per month. Setup: $299 one time. Extra minutes cost about $0.20 each. Order payments go straight to the restaurant's account.

Text messages

Customers who place an order get messages about that order: a confirmation and a payment link. Message frequency depends on your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

Allergies

Talbie shares the ingredients of each dish based on the restaurant's menu, but it never guarantees a dish is safe for an allergy. Always check with the restaurant.

Demo and Google Maps

The demo's restaurant search uses Google Maps. By using it you agree to theGoogle Maps Additional Terms of Service. The demo call is a single call, with an artificial-intelligence voice, only to the number you verified. Demo orders are tests: they don't reach any restaurant and aren't charged.
